| Do you charge for certifications? |

Loos & Co., Inc continues the practice of providing a full Certificate of Analysis free of charge with each shipment. This includes Conformance, Analysis, and Raw Material Certifications. However, due to the substantial time and effort involved in testing and reporting, we do charge for additional quality services related to the products and processes requested by our customers. See the attached list of detailed charges for these services. Please let us know at time of quotation what additional services you require. Additional fees for services requested after shipment and for expediting results may apply. |

| Why am I charged a surcharge? |

Like all manufacturers, we negotiate our raw material prices as far in advance as is possible. However, fluctuations in the metals markets necessitate that steel mills pass along certain costs to us related to the alloys used in the manufacture of steel. |
